If the video fails
If the video isn't generated or arrives with a technical fault (for example, an empty scene or no sound), we'll regenerate it at no cost or refund you, whichever you prefer.
If you don't like the result
Before paying you review and correct the script. Once generated, the video is made just for you and has a real production cost, so we don't offer refunds for taste. Write to us anyway: we'll try to fix it.
Right of withdrawal
Before generating, you expressly ask us to start right away and acknowledge that, once it starts, you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal. We confirm this by email with your receipt. This doesn't change the above: if the video fails, we remake it or refund you.

Write to this site's contact email within 14 days with the link to your video. We reply within a few business days.

None of this limits the rights your country's consumer law gives you.
